CFC has always operated under a shared leadership. Pastors (or elders) operate with unique gifts and are co-equal in authority. Current co-pastors are Bryan Bailey, Brian Fitzgerald, John Hagen, David Knopp, and John Morrison. In addition, youth pastor, Larry Barrett serves youth from Community Fellowship and the larger community.
To assist the elders with caring for the church's practical operations, deacons (servants) are appointed to meet practical needs in the church and to implement the church's benevolence ministries within our congregation and the broader community.
